1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using astrology.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

astrology.ai is an AI-powered astrology application that provides personalized horoscopes, birth chart analysis, compatibility readings, and other astrological insights. The Service is available via our mobile app (iOS) and website.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Astrological readings, predictions, and advice should not be relied upon for making important life decisions including, but not limited to, medical, financial, legal, or relationship decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any astrological content. Always consult qualified professionals for serious matters.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans that provide enhanced features. Current pricing is displayed in the app before purchase.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged automatically.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS App: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → astrology.ai → Cancel
• Website: Go to Account → Subscription & Billing → Manage Subscription

After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5.4 Refunds

For iOS purchases, refund requests must be submitted to Apple. For web purchases, contact us at support@astrology.ai within 7 days of purchase for refund consideration.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or copy our Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by DEAL.AI INC. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide (such as birth data and chat messages). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEAL.AI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
